The recipe consists of : 300 milliliters (ml.) of milk, four eggs, 250 ml. pork blood, a teaspoon of cinnamon, 50 grams (g.) of flour, lard and 30 g. of sugar. For its preparation it is necessary that the blood does not clot .
The steps to follow are, first, beat the eggs and add the milk and cinnamon. Mix everything and make sure it is well beaten. Then, add the flour and blood and stir so that no lumps remain . Let it rest for a few minutes in the refrigerator and, after that, heat a frying pan with a pinch of (CONTENT REMOVED)er. Pour a very thin portion of dough and turn the heat up to maximum.
